 This
Custom designed large format dye sublimation transfer press is capable
of printing rugs up to 9x18 ft.,-- one 6x9 ft. rug per stroke,-- or multiples
of smaller sizes.
This particular machine is completely automatic, belt-fed, and prints the entire 6x9 ft. area every 12 seconds This is "state of the art" in sublimation printing. This machine has operated 24 hours per day, six days per week, since march '95. To get an idea of the size, notice there are two 4x6 ft. area rugs lying on the in-feed table in this photograph. |
